Referred to as the “gateway to Tarzana” with its prominent location on Ventura Blvd., Ventana Medical Center was the area’s first major medical building in more than 20 years.
TriStar purchased the 2.5-acre site in 2008, which, at the time, had a 20,000-square-foot retail building constructed in the 1950s with surface parking. Working with community leaders and Providence Tarzana Hospital, we completed construction on the center in 2017 and brought much-needed medical office space to the area.
The center includes 120,000-square-feet of Class A construction and a six-story, 600-space detached parking garage; serves more than 1,000 patients per day; and employs nearly 600 people. It also offers many green features aligned with LEED certification.
