DESCRIPTION :

DaVita Dialysis was the first project of its kind in Pomona. Situated near the Pomona Valley Hospital, the site laid dormant for several years prior to TriStar Realty Groups involvement. Prior to entitlements and construction, the site was leased out to one of the top dialysis centers in the nation, DaVita Dialysis. Once DaVita was on board TriStar began design process for what would be a flagship location for DaVita which they still use to this day. The ground up construction of this 12,500 sf building was completed in March of 2009. TriStar disposed of this asset in 2012.
