Located within Heritage Plaza, a CVS Pharmacy and Wells Fargo anchored neighborhood shopping center. Located along the main retail corridor in La Verne, Heritage Plaza is in a well-balanced, affluent residential community which includes a good mix of commercial uses. Surrounded by high level educational institutions: University of La Verne, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College and Pitzer College, Heritage Plaza is a needed amenity in the area.

The project called for revitalization of an existing shopping center for the new tenants - Dollar Tree and Crunch Fitness. TriStar Realty Group demolished the old improvements, leaving only the required structural element in place, and renovated the existing 30,000 sf shell to make way for the new tenants. The construction included a newly designed façade, upgraded utilities, and updated equipment. During the entitlement process TriStar worked diligently with the City of LaVerne to bring to market a product that worked for both the community and the tenants while working within the confines of the existing architecture of the shopping center to allow for a cohesive feel within the center. Heritage Plaza was completed in 2013. TriStar disposed of this asset in 2015.
