Located on Harvard Boulevard in Santa Paula, Harvard Professional Center is the first development of its kind in Santa Paula. This development consists of two building totaling 30,000 square feet. The first building will be a two story 20,000 square foot building with a 10,000 square foot floor plate. The second building will be a single story 10,000 square foot building. The project is design with ample power, high ceilings, and boasts over 600 feet of frontage on Harvard boulevard, the main artery in Santa Paula. The modern architecture and futuristic design really brings Harvard to life. The project is slated to break-ground second quarter 2020 with a delivery date in 2021.
