DESCRIPTION :

Before we took ownership of the property, the existing building was a former furniture store that sat vacant for more than 15 years and had significant problems with transients.

Once TriStar identified Learn4Life, a national charter school operator, to occupy the building, we transformed the dilapidated structure into a flagship educational resource center, providing high school students a second chance at quality education with personalized learning, career training and life skills.

Completed in 2019, the center has been working to ensure that earning a high school diploma is within reach to every child, regardless of their circumstances.
