Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years of experience in real estate investments, finance and development, Daniel is the primary thrust behind the company. Through his leadership, TriStar has dramatically expanded its property portfolio — acquiring and/or developing a breadth of commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California. Daniel has successfully built long-standing business relationships with governmental agencies as well as corporate, retail, and industrial tenants that help maintain TriStar’s immaculate commercial property occupancy rate and reputation. Daniel is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the State Bar of California.
Director of Operations
Robin Kashani’s background in structural engineering has provided Tristar with a qualitative edge in the development of numerous projects. A practicing contractor since 2010, Robin knows the construction industry from start to finish. He helps provide in-house contracting services as well as vital coordination during outsourced construction. Robin is also intimately familiar with the entitlement process across various municipalities. The key relationships he has developed with city officials, engineers, and contractors ensure that any job Tristar takes on will be a success. Robin is a licensed general contractor and a member of the State Bar of California.
Having managed and operated Tristar’s real estate portfolio since 2010, Joshua knows everything there is to know on Tristar’s business post-development. Whether it is dealing with vendors or drafting new leases, he is always there to provide immaculate service to our tenants. Tristar Realty Group prides itself on superb property management; without which, our business would have never been able to expand the way it has. It is one of our core competencies, and Joshua is a big reason it is so. Joshua is a member of the State Bar of California.
Yousef Y. Kashani
Founder & Chairman
Yousef Kashani has served as the founder and Chairman of TriStar Realty Group since its inception. He has invested, developed, and repositioned a myriad of assets in various classes. Mr. Kashani's more than 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate have been an integral part of TriStar Realty Group's growth and prosperity. His knowledge and experience has helped TriStar Realty Group amass an extensive portfolio in which he has dedicated years to develop, manage and lease. Starting small and moving up to more sizable projects, he has been at the forefront of delivering quality projects.
Knowledge – Since our inception, TriStar has had a history of successfully implementing “ground-up” and “value-added” projects throughout Southern California, on schedule and within budget.
